Open Positions

Our Africa Programme places students and recent graduates with host organisations working in their own communities in Kenya, Nigeria and Ghana. Placements are stipended, offered in virtual, onsite and hybrid formats and built around a real project the organisation has defined itself.

Placements are open to current students and recent graduates (within the last three years) of university or TVET institutions. We match candidates whose skills closely fit the role, so apply for the position that reflects what you can already do and what you want to build on.

Places are limited, with one placement available per role, and placements run from 10 August to 9 October 2026. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and roles close as soon as they are filled, so early applications are strongly advised. The final deadline is 24 July 2026 but we expect most roles to be filled before then.

Apply for one role only, the one that best matches your skills. We review every application and will be in touch if you are shortlisted, normally within one week of applying.
