Through experience in M&E, Akong’o has developed skills in data management, reporting, analysis, and documentation, while work in graphic design and branding has strengthened creativity, visual communication, and attention to detail. Experience in IT support has also provided practical skills in troubleshooting, systems support, and technology management.
