Funmilayo Olamide Adetunla is a graduate of Plant Science and Biotechnology from Ekiti State University. Her academic background has developed her interest in environmental sustainability, climate change, biodiversity conservation, and the role of communities in addressing environmental challenges. She has experience supporting research, environmental projects, advocacy activities, and communication-related tasks, including her internship experience with TGED Foundation through the Learning Connected Africa Programme. She has developed skills in research, writing, communication, teamwork, Canva design, and project support.

Her key interests include climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, and environmental education. Her future goal is to specialise in climate and environmental research, particularly in developing sustainable agricultural practices and community-based solutions that help vulnerable communities adapt to climate change and improve their livelihoods.
