Blessing George is a Chemical Engineering graduate and environmental sustainability advocate applying her social impact knowledge as an intern at TGED Foundation. She is particularly interested in sustainability and community development. Her training with Learning Connected provided a strong foundation in social impact strategy, community engagement, monitoring and evaluation, and project design and management. This training has enabled her to apply these skills meaningfully at TGED Foundation through communications, research, environmental education, reporting, and community engagement activities. This experience has strengthened her abilities in content development, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and environmental communication, while deepening her understanding of how impactful programs are designed, implemented, documented, and communicated. Looking ahead, Blessing aspires to build a career in environmental sustainability, using her engineering background and social impact expertise to create practical solutions, strengthen communities, and contribute to a sustainable future.
