TGED Foundation is a dynamic non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering sustainable environmental practices through education, advocacy, research and community engagement. Project Scope

The Educational Content Writer Intern will support TGED Foundation in developing engaging and accessible educational content focused on environmental sustainability, climate awareness and community impact. This role offers practical experience in educational communications, content creation and sustainability-focused storytelling.

Responsibilities may include:

• Researching environmental topics relevant to TGED Foundation’s programmes and target audiences.

• Drafting educational content such as short articles, blog posts, workshop summaries or learning materials focused on sustainability and climate awareness.

• Supporting the creation of youth-friendly content for initiatives such as Greener Minds and environmental outreach campaigns.

• Assisting in writing captions and short-form content for TGED Foundation’s social media platforms.

• Helping to develop simple educational resources such as fact sheets, activity sheets or awareness guides.

• Reviewing and editing existing written materials to improve clarity, engagement and accessibility.

• Supporting the documentation of project activities, impact stories and community engagement initiatives.

Project Outcomes

• At least 3–5 educational or awareness-based written pieces developed.

• A set of social media captions or short-form awareness content produced for TGED Foundation’s outreach activities.

• One educational resource or awareness guide created to support environmental learning.

• Edited or improved written materials for organisational use.

• A short reflective report outlining key learning outcomes, recommendations and observations from the internship experience.

Internship Requirements

• Interest in environmental sustainability, education, communications or nonprofit work.

• Strong written communication and research skills.

• Ability to write clearly for different audiences, including young people and community groups.

• Creativity and attention to detail.

• Basic familiarity with digital content and social media platforms.

• Good organisational and time-management skills.
